Live Bees

shipping live animals of any kind is a tricky business many locations may have restriction on the shipment of bees. If we are unable to ship your bees to you; you will be offered a refund and we will try to find a local supplier who can fulfill your order.    

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to report the problem and return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping the item will be deducted from your refund.

Tutorials

Tutorials are primarily conducted in person at one of our hive locations once purchased we will contact you to arrange an appropriate time and place for the tutorial to take place. 
Should we be unable to arrange a suitable time and place you will be offered a refund or you may choose to arrange an alternate method of tutorial delivery.

(For example interstate customers my elect to take there tutorial remotely over the phone or by email)

As we do not offer remote tutorials as standard the exact details of each arrangement may vary and will need to be arranged on a person to person basis. contact us.

If you have purchased a tutorial and have not yet utilised any part of it you may be issued a refund. 

 

Refunds

Once a service has been completed we do not offer refunds. 

however should you believe we have failed to provide you the service as described you may lodge a complaint. 

At wich point we will conduct an internal investigation. 

If our investigation substantiate your claim we may offer you a refund; however this will be at the sole discretion of Honey 4U.
